Navigating the Course Menu
Scroll down to use the "search courses" box, or browse our course categories. Click on a category title to view subcategories (if available) or to view the list of courses within that category.
Then, click on the blue "view description and enroll" button under a course title to view the course description including length, and whether the course offers a certificate of completion or CE. You can enroll in the course from there.
All public courses on HealtheKnowledge are free for you to take and earn a certificate of completion and always will be!

All public courses on HealtheKnowledge are free for you to take and earn a certificate of completion and always will be!
Continuing education certificates (CE) cost $5 per credit hour, but users now have the option to purchase an upgraded "All Access" membership for $50 per year. This membership offers many benefits including earning unlimited CE credits for the year!
Click the below link to create an account. Once created, you can start enrolling in courses immediately.
Create an account
Type, availability, and amount of continuing education vary by course. Not all continuing education will be accepted by your certification and/or licensing body. You should check with your professional organization to confirm if they will accept credit. Current CE types available: NAADAC, NASW, CNE, CME, CPH, CHES. Search CE type on the Site Home to view courses with each CE type in the description.
Click the blue "view description and enroll" button below a course title. The course description will list whether the course offers CE, and if so, what types.
When you create a HealtheKnowledge account, you are automatically registered with a free account.
You have the option to purchase an upgraded All Access membership which offers many benefits including earning unlimited CE for the year!
